You can ask me at any time to delete the personal data I hold about you, including data I received through this site, WhatsApp, or Facebook and Instagram (for example, from a Lead Ads form or my Meta app). Here's how.
How to ask me to delete your data
Send your request like this:
- Email keylamateos2523@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion." If you prefer, send the same message on WhatsApp to +52 862 100 7879.
- Include your name, the email or phone number you contacted me with, and where: website, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram form, or other.
- If you're writing on someone else's behalf, attach a document showing you represent them.
You don't need an account or to share more than what's needed to find your information.
What happens next
Once I receive your request:
- I confirm receipt within 5 business days. Only if needed, I'll ask for one more detail to verify it's you.
- I delete your data within 30 days at most: from my calendar, email, WhatsApp conversations, form records and any file where it appears.
- I let you know through the same channel once deletion is complete.
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account
If you authorized my app with your Facebook account, you can remove its access like this:
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy › Settings.
- Open "Apps and websites."
- Find Keila Mateos's app and select "Remove."
This stops the app from accessing your account from then on. To also erase the data I already received, send me your request as described above.
Data I have to keep
If you were a client, I must keep invoices and accounting records for up to 5 years, as Mexican tax law requires. That data is locked: I use it only to meet that obligation and delete it when the period ends. I may also keep the minimum data needed to handle an ongoing legal claim.
Data held by a brand I work for
If you submitted your details in a form or ad for another brand whose campaigns I manage, that brand is responsible for your data and is the one to ask for deletion. If you write to me, I'll forward your request and delete any copies within my reach.
Data Meta keeps
Meta keeps its own information about your activity on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. You can review and delete it in Meta's Accounts Center under "Your information and permissions," and adjust the ads you see under "Ad preferences."
