These terms govern your use of this site and the basis on which I provide my digital advertising services. By using the site, booking a call or hiring a service, you accept them.
Who provides the services
This site and its services belong to Keila Mateos Gonzalez, a sole proprietor doing business as "Keila Mateos," located at C. 60 346, Piso 3 y 4, Zona Paseo Montejo, Centro, 97000 Mérida, Yucatán, México.

The services
I provide professional digital advertising services to businesses and agencies, including:
- Ad account audits.
- Campaign strategy, setup and management on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Conversion tracking through to the sale (pixels, Conversions API and GA4).
- AI-assisted media buying and white-label services for agencies.
The services are meant for businesses and professionals, not for personal or household use.
The discovery call
The discovery call is free and comes with no obligation. Any recommendations I share during it are general, based on the information you give me, and are not a proposal or a contract. You can reschedule or cancel by replying to the invitation email.
Proposal and service agreement
Before we start, I send you a proposal with the scope, deliverables, fees and timeline. The engagement is formalized with a service agreement signed by both parties. If the agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement prevails; these terms apply to anything the agreement does not cover.
Fees and payment
I work per project (for example, an audit or a tracking setup) or on a monthly retainer for ongoing management. The amount, currency, payment method and due dates are set out in the proposal or agreement.
- Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Clients in Mexico receive an electronic invoice (CFDI).
- If a payment is late, I may pause the service, with prior notice, until it is settled.
You pay your ad spend directly
Ad spend, meaning what Meta, Google or other platforms charge for your ads, is not part of my fees. You pay it directly to each platform, from your own ad accounts and with your own payment method. I don't receive, manage or front ad spend money, and I only work within the budgets you approve.
What I need from you
For the service to work, I ask you to:
- Give me access to the necessary accounts, pixels and tools, and keep your payment methods on the platforms up to date.
- Share accurate and timely information about your business, offer, pricing and sales results.
- Review and approve ads, copy and major changes on time.
- Make sure you hold the rights to the trademarks, images, videos and copy you give me, and that your products, services and ads comply with the law and with each platform's policies.
- Have your own privacy notice and the legal basis needed for any customer data used in campaigns.
Results: how I work and what to expect
My commitment is to the process: a clear strategy, careful execution, constant optimization and transparent reporting, with decisions grounded in data. Advertising results, such as cost per lead, sales or return on ad spend, also depend on factors no one fully controls: the market and competition, budget, offer and pricing, seasonality, your website and sales process, and each platform's algorithms.
That's why the goals and projections we set together are working targets for tracking progress and making decisions, not a promise of specific results. The case studies on this site are real and reflect what was achieved in each context; they don't mean every account will reach the same numbers.
Third-party platforms
Meta, Google and other platforms have their own rules and may reject ads, limit delivery, change their tools, or restrict and suspend accounts. I work to comply with their policies and, if something like this happens, I'll help you resolve it, but their decisions are outside my control.
Your work and your accounts belong to you
Everything I create for you is yours from day one: ads, copy, creatives, campaign structures, audiences, tracking setups, reports and project documentation. Ad accounts, pixels, datasets and audiences are created in your name or in your business portfolio, and you always keep admin control.
I keep ownership of my own methods, templates, tools and general know-how, which I may keep using with other clients without including your information. I only mention your brand or results as a case study with your permission and, if you prefer, anonymously.
Confidentiality
I treat all business information I have access to as confidential: campaign data, sales, customers, strategy and pricing. I don't share it with third parties, except with providers needed for the service or when the law requires it. With agencies, I work under their brand (white label) and don't contact their clients without permission. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Use of artificial intelligence
I use AI tools, such as Claude, to analyze campaign data, spot opportunities and prepare reports faster. Every recommendation, change and deliverable goes through my review before it's applied, and I don't share more information with these tools than needed.
Term and cancellation
Monthly services renew each month until either party cancels:
- Either party can cancel a monthly service with at least 30 calendar days' written notice; an email is enough. The service continues and is billed as usual during that period.
- For project-based services, if the project is canceled before completion, the work done and costs committed up to that date are payable.
- Periods already worked are non-refundable.
- Either party may end the service immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms or the agreement.
When we finish, I make sure you have full access, hand over the project documentation and remove my permissions from your accounts.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid me for that service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. I'm not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, for platform decisions, for failures of third-party services, or for the client's content, products or sales claims.
Using this site
The content on this site is for information only and is not professional advice for your specific situation. The text, logo, images and design are protected by intellectual property rights: you're welcome to share links, but not to copy them or use them commercially without my permission. By using the site you agree not to try to harm it, send spam or false information through its forms, or access it through automated means for abusive purposes. The site may link to third-party sites, whose content I'm not responsible for.
Personal data
How I handle your personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice. If you want me to delete your data, follow the data deletion instructions.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms; I'll post the current version on this page with a new date. Changes don't affect agreements already signed, which are governed by their own terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mérida, Yucatán, and waive any other jurisdiction that might apply based on their present or future domicile. This doesn't limit any non-waivable rights your local law grants you.
